Amazon's landlord and property manager, JBG Smith, said its development pipeline has ballooned to 40 projects, with more than 75% within a 20-minute rush-hour commute of National Landing, the site south of Washington, D.C., of the redevelopment of the online retailer's second headquarters known as HQ2.
