Apartment Rent Delinquency Rate Declines in Seattle and the Eastside

North Sound and South Sound Continue to Struggle

The rate of non-payment on apartment rents has taken a turn for the better in Seattle and the Eastside, according to the Washington Multifamily Housing Association, which tracks delinquencies on a mid-month and end-of-month basis. The mid-November data shows a more than 200-basis point decline since mid-October.
