Bank of America Tower Trades for $44.6 Million

Grover Corlew, a regional real estate investment management group, acquired the Bank of America Tower in downtown Boca Raton, Florida, in an off-market deal for $44.6 million, or about $407 per square foot, from an affiliate of Black Creek Group.
