Seattle Children’s Hospital Bldg Sells for $11.1M

Stockbridge Capital Group Acquires 38k-SF Office

Ironwood Apartments, Inc. recently sold the 38,000-square-foot office building located at 1100 Olive Way in Seattle to Stockbridge Capital Group LLC for $11.1 million, or about $290 per square foot. Originally constructed in 1946, the property was renovated in 1993 and is fully leased to Seattle Children’s Hospital on a triple-net lease.
