Owner-users continue to be active buyers of Montreal-area industrial buildings. In one of two recent deals, Systèmes de Vulcanisation à froid, or Cold Vulcanizing Systems, acquired 3275 Av. Francis-Hughes in Laval, Quebec, from Cie de Publication Alpha for $10.5 million, or $261 per square foot.
