JP Morgan Chase & Company Pays $43.5M for Charlotte Multi-Unit Apartment Complex

The Dinerstein Companies Sells The Millennium South End Building

JP Morgan Chase & Company, a New York- based American multi-national banking corporation, acquired the 5-story, multi-unit complex in Charlotte, NC, from The Dinerstein Companies for $43.5M, or roughly $161,710 per unit. This multi-unit Complex delivered in 2010 at 1312 S College Street in Charlotte’s Midtown/South End Submarket, half mile to Highway 29/49. This complex consists of two Class-A buildings totaling 353,143 square feet, according to CoStar information.
