DaBryan Coach Builders, a limousine manufacturer, sold its 48,900-square-foot building to Liberty Properties, a local real estate investment firm, for $1.6 million, or about $33 per square foot. The facility at 4707 E. Kearney St. in Springfield, MO features 20-foot ceiling heights, a loading dock and 12 drive-in bays.
