Muinzer Management, a full service owner and operator of commercial and residential real estate, has purchased Village West Apartments, a 1,134-bed student housing complex serving students of Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. A private investor sold the property, which is one of the largest student complexes in the nation, for $48 million, or about $42,000 per bed.
