San Francisco Multifamily Trades for $5.4 Million

Barry Rowe, a private developer out of Bend, OR, sold the 27-unit Cow Hollow building in San Francisco, CA, to Herman Wendel and Gail Zerbib, trustees of the JJ & G Zerbib Living Trust, for $5.4 million, or about $200,000 per unit.
