Construction Company Acquires Westside Business Center Bldg for $85 PSF

W.M. Lyles Co. purchased the industrial building at 42142 Roick Dr. in Temecula, CA for $1.15 million, or about $85 per square foot, from SSC Investment Properties LLC. The buyer, specializing in infrastructure, energy and environmental construction projects throughout California, will occupy the property.
