Chattanooga Real Estate Grp Purchases 67,000-SF Office Building

Downtown Property Sells For $1.8 Million

Southeast Local Development Corporation, a Chattanooga-based company, sold the office building at 535 Chestnut St. in Chattanooga, TN to Republic Parking Systems International, Inc. for $1.8 million, or about $27 per square foot. Republic Parking Systems International is owned by a local businessman, who has also purchased several other downtown office buildings including the Republic Centre and Liberty Tower.
