Sacramento apartment rents grow for the first time since May

After rents fell month over month through the final seven months of 2025, they reversed course at the start of the year, eking out a marginal 0.1% increase in January. That was the same rate of growth as last January, and while marginal, it ended the losses, if only temporarily.
