AEW Capital Management and Oliver Street Capital purchased a 167,406-square-foot warehouse at Dascomb Business Center in Andover, Massachusetts, from ICP Construction in a sale leaseback deal. The Class B building sold for $21.3 million, or about $127 per square foot.
