Oil Company Signs 76,670-SF Office Lease in Pittsburgh’s Northwest Corridor

Shell Inks Deal in Sewickley

Shell Oil, a world leader in oil and natural gas production, signed a recent lease to occupy approximately 77,000 square feet at Spectra Development’s Waterfront II Building in Sewickley at 2100 Georgetown Drive. Located in the Waterfront Corporate Park, the 132,000-square-foot, class A office tower building delivered in 2002 on four acres and includes amenities such as 24/7 building access, balconies, high end finishes, and on-site building management. Shell Oil is expected to take occupancy in late third quarter 2011. Gary Sippel with Spectra Development Company closed the deal in-house, while Dan Adamski and Nick Francic of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Shell Oil.
