The owners of Atlanta Technology Center, an office complex on Northside Drive near Atlantic Station, have put the property up for sale. Carter has the listing. The 19-acre property has four buildings with a total of 197,357 square feet of office space. Current tenants include GE Healthcare, Golin Harris, Grady Memorial Hospital, The Atlanta Opera, Davita, Otis and Vitas Healthcare. Gary Lee, Watson Bryant and Morgan Stengel of Carter are marketing the property on behalf of the LeCraw family, a regional apartment developer that operates as Tribridge Residential. Built in 1986, Atlanta Technology Center is situated along the old Atlanta railway, which was classified as an Atlanta Beltline Overlay District in 2005 and a positioned to benefit from the light-rail station planned at the northwest corner of the property. "We expect a lot of interest in this listing," said Lee, senior vice president of Carter, noting its location near Midtown and Buckhead neighborhoods with income-producing buildings and ability to accommodate a mix of uses for future development.
