An affiliate of Westdale Real Estate Investment and Management raised $140 million in bonds on Israel’s Tel Aviv Stock Exchange with a property portfolio spanning the United States, marking one of the first American real estate offerings on the exchange since the end of last year in a process expected to become more common.
