Peregrine Realty Partners, taking title as El Fuerte Business Park Investors LP, acquired the El Fuerte Business Park located at 2788-2796 Loker Ave., and the Carlsbad Oaks Commerce Centre at 5931-5933 Sea Lion Place in Carlsbad, CA for $11.9 million, or $94 per square foot.
