Bright Realty named Lucas Patterson as senior vice president of investment services in its Dallas office. His new responsibilities will include the development of The Bridges at Castle Hills, a planned mixed-use projectin Lewisville, as well as the growth of Bright Realty’s third party management, leasing and asset disposition services.
