Lane Furniture sold one of its former warehouse facilities in Pontotoc, MS for $1.7 million, or $4.60 per square foot, to Washington Furniture. The property had been vacant for almost three years following a consolidation by Lane. Washington Furniture will occupy the building as a part of its expansion in the area.
