Apartment owner Camden Property Trust is halting evictions, plans to waive late fees and offer other assistance for renters financially hit by the coronavirus pandemic. Camden owns 164 multifamily properties comprising over 56,000 apartment units in Arizona, Colorado, California, Washington, D.C., Florida, Texas, Georgia and North Carolina.
