Busy investor Oval Real Estate is in exclusive talks to buy the Ealing Cross office scheme in west London from Aviva Investors for around £75m, replacing Singapore's Ara Dunedin, which in turn replaced First Property Group as the prospective buyer, CoStar News understands.
