Schoeller Arca Systems, Inc. has signed a 10-year lease for 153,969 square feet of industrial space at the former Rubbermaid building in Goodyear, AZ. Schoeller Arca Systems, a Netherlands-based manufacturer of plastic packaging systems, plans to have the facility operating by May. The deal is expected to bring up to 150 new jobs to the Phoenix market.
