Wayfair, a Boston-based e-commerce company that sells furniture and home goods online, has renewed its lease for 2,008,279 square feet of industrial space at the Duke Perris Logistics Center in Perris, California.

The renewal spans two Class A one-story warehouse and logistics buildings at 3300 and 3500 Indian Ave. in the Moreno Valley/Perris submarket of the Inland Empire. The building at 3300 Indian Ave. totals 1,224,874 square feet, while the one next door at 3500 Indian Ave. totals 783,407 square feet. The two buildings combine for roughly 2 million square feet along the Indian Avenue logistics corridor, positioned about 40 minutes from Ontario International Airport and 90 minutes from the Port of Long Beach.

The property was built by Indianapolis-based Duke Realty, which owned and operated approximately 167 million rentable square feet of industrial properties in 19 major logistics markets. In October 2022, Duke Realty was acquired by Prologis, the global leader in logistics real estate.

Wayfair is an American multinational e-commerce company that sells furniture and home goods online, offering 14 million items from more than 11,000 global suppliers. The company reported $12.5 billion in net revenue for 2025 and serves 21.4 million active customers. Wayfair operates 18 fulfillment and 38 delivery centers representing millions of square feet across the U.S., Canada and the U.K.

The retailer originally signed its lease at the smaller Perris facility when it was new in 2015, adding the larger building upon its completion in 2018, making this renewal a continuation of a decade-long occupancy at the site.
