Camreal European Management, a real estate investment advisory and asset management firm led by President Gordon Vollmer that provides European investors with specialized investment, development, and asset management services, acquired a two-storey warehouse at 120 Valleywood Dr. in Markham, Ontario, from Pure Industrial for $17.25 million, or $287.16 per square foot.
