KBS Capital Advisors Taps Waldvogel As New VP

Company Controller To Focus on SEC Reporting, Technical Accounting

Jeff Waldvogel was named vice president and controller at KBS Capital Advisors. Waldvogel will manage the growing technical accounting and SEC reporting for the Newport Beach-based private equity real estate company. Coming off an eight-year stint with Ernst & Young, where he worked with both privately and publicly held real estate clients specializing in hotel, healthcare and multifamily real estate needs, Waldvogel will lend his expertise to KBS's continued acquisition of high profile real estate assets nation wide. Waldvogel earned a Master's Degree from Brigham Young University and is a California-licensed CPA.
