Peabody Energy committed to occupy 215,362-square feet at 701 Market Street in downtown St. Louis, signing a 15-year lease renewal and expansion. Under terms of the agreement, Peabody will occupy approximately half of the 409,920-square-foot, 15-story office building. Formerly known as Gateway One, the building will be renamed Peabody Plaza.
