CB Richard Ellis has made some big deals regarding its Dallas locations. Back in December, the firm opened a new 90,971-square-foot office at 2100 McKinney. The company also inked a 90,204-square-foot deal this quarter for its 2100 Ross Ave. location. CBRE won’t be moving far. In fact the move will take it from its current space on floors three through five up to its new space on floors 15-17. The lease term and financials have not been disclosed at this time. CBRE expected to move later on in the third quarter of this year.
