Shahram Moussavi joined Terranomics / Cassidy Turley as a vice president. He will be working out of their Burlingame, CA location until the new office at Santana Row in San Jose opens this summer. Moussavi will mostly focus on retail leasing in the South Bay area. Moussavi previously worked as a real estate consultant for Moussavi Consulting and as a leasing associate for Federal Investment Trust. In 2009, Moussavi completed 42 lease deals totaling around 118,200 square feet while with Federal Realty. He has been involved in many aspects of retail leasing and consulting for projects totaling nearly 2.2 million square feet.
