Jeffrey Rosenblatt, a Manhattan commercial real estate veteran, has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance as executive managing director in the firm's New York City office.
Rosenblatt most recently served as a senior managing director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Before that he was at the New York City office of Grubb & Ellis for seven years, where he was honored several times as part of their Circle of Excellence. Over the course of his career, he has closed over 20 million square feet of transactions for both tenants and landlords.
Among other accomplishments, Rosenblatt has received the Real Estate Board of New York "Most Ingenious Deal of the Year" award for creating the Fashion Footwear Center at 1414 Avenue of the Americas. He also collaborated with Real Estate Board of New York to form the Michael Wolf Scholarship Fund, providing college scholarships based on academic and athletic achievements.
