Russ S. Sampson and John P. Esposito (pictured, right) have joined DTZ, a leading global property services firm, as senior vice presidents in the firm's Tampa Bay office.
The pair of recognized commercial real estate industry leaders will work closely with Todd Brandon, executive vice president and managing director to expand the firm's regional market penetration while supporting clients across central Florida.
Sampson brings 35 years of experience, having previously founding Sage Corporate Advisors where he served as principal. Before that he was executive vice president and director of brokerage services at Colliers Arnold. He has also held senior-level positions at Insignia/ESG, Echelon, Studley, and Cushman & Wakefield, and has negotiated more than six million square feet in commercial transactions throughout his career.
Esposito is a tenant representation specialist, having served as corporate managing director of the Tampa and Miami offices of Studley. Before that he served as vice president at Carter & Associates, having achieved strong results for corporate and law firm clients.
Also joining DTZ Tampa Bay is Bobby Sampson, who previously served as an associate at Sage. He will focus on tenant representation in the local industrial sector.
"The Tampa office is expanding its resources as we continue to grow in the market," commented Brandon. "We are looking to build our client base in domestic and international markets, and the appointment of John and Russ at this important juncture affirms that commitment. They have represented a varied client base from numerous industries over the years with great distinction. We are pleased to welcome them to DTZ."
