CoStar University Application Instructions

1. Click Professor Application. If you also want access for your students, click Classroom Application.

2. Follow the application instructions, sign and submit by fax to 301.280.7598. There is no application fee.

3. Expect an application decision within 2-3 weeks upon submission. (There may be phone follow-up.)

4. A contract is mailed upon acceptance. Please sign and return.

5. Your local CoStar Account Executive will be in touch within 2-3 weeks of signed contract receipt with detail on user IDs, passwords, and free on-site training.
