Chad Stoub purchased the industrial facility at 2412 Port Sheldon St. in Jenison, MI, from Mark Capel for $780,000 or $26 per square foot.

The 30,000-square-foot warehouse delivered in 1980 and includes 2,125 square feet of office space. EverKept Disposal plans to occupy the property once the build-out is complete and the lease at its current location ends. The property was vacant at the time of sale.
