Barbara and Howard Adler purchased 6061 Stanford Ranch in Rocklin, CA, from Randy Ramirez for $2.1 million, or about $518 per square foot.

The 4,051-square-foot retail building was completed this year and is 100 percent triple-net leased by Umpqua Bank for 15 years.

Vern Park of Sierra Pacific Retail Group represented the buyers. Jim Dennis of Colliers International represented the seller.
