The Deals We Have

Access your transactions with CoStar Professional Directory.  

With a subscription to CoStar Property Professional, you have access to all deal information within the CoStar database. To access your information, follow the steps below:

• Visit www.CoStar.com and login.
• Type your name in the "Lookup" text field.
• Select "Real Estate Professionals" from the dropdown menu at the far right.
• "All States" should appear as the default in the dropdown menu. If a specific state appears, select "All States" from the dropdown menu.
• Click the "Go" button.
• To view all transactions CoStar has for you, click the "Transactions" tab.
• To view sale transactions, select "Sale" from the Type dropdown menu.
• To view Lease transactions, select "Lease" from the Type dropdown menu. You may also view lease transactions by a specific timeframe. Select "Year to Date" to view deals in 2011. In 2012, the option "Calendar Year 2011" will be available.
