The Deals We Have

Access your transactions with CoStar Professional Directory.  

With a subscription to CoStar Property Professional, you have access to all deal information within the CoStar database.  To access your information, follow the steps below:

• Visit www.Costar.com and login
• Type your name in the Lookup text field
• Select "Real Estate Professionals" from the dropdown menu to the right
• Click the "Go" button
• To view all transactions CoStar has for you, click the "Transactions" tab
• For Sale and/or Lease transactions, select "Sale," "Lease," or "All" from the Type dropdown menu 
• To view all transactions for 2009, select "Calendar Year 2009" from the Timeframe dropdown menu
