NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR CONTEST. Subject to federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military Installations located in foreign countries, and where prohibited by law.

SPONSOR: The Sponsor of this promotion is CoStar Realty Information, Inc. ("CoStar" or "Sponsor"), Two Bethesda Metro Center, Bethesda, MD 20814. For a copy of these Official Rules, go to www.costar.com/porschesweeps.

HOW TO ENTER: Entry Forms will be available, while supplies last, at Booth S1014 in the Trade Expo Hall at the ICSC RECON from May 18, 2008 through May 20, 2008 at 3:00 PM Pacific Time. To enter, deposit your business card or a completed Entry Form into the ballot box at Booth S1014. Entries must be deposited in the ballot box at Booth 809 by 3:00 PM Pacific Time on May 20, 2008. Limit one entry per person. Incomplete and/or duplicate entries will be considered invalid and ineligible to win. CoStar is not responsible for lost, misdirected, false, corrupted, illegible or late entries.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry in this Sweepstakes, are attendees of the ICSC RECON, and have a valid driver's license in their state of residence. Employees of Costar Group, Inc., CoStar Realty Information, Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries, legal, advertising, public relations promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies and each of their family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and persons living in the same household as such employees and directors are not eligible to participate. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners. Members of the media and Federal, state and local government employees are not eligible. Employees, independent contractors and agents of CoStar’s direct and indirect competitors are also not eligible. Employees or agents of ICSC or the owners and/or operators of the building housing the ICSC RECON are also not eligible. Sponsor shall be the sole judge of eligibility based on the foregoing criteria.

GRAND PRIZE: A fully-paid, three-year, 15,000-mile per year lease on a 2008 Porsche Cayman (MSRP: $55,460). Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received to be conducted on or about May 20, 2008. Drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner need not be present to win and will be notified by phone and/or mail. Announcement of winner may occur prior to notification of winner. If winner is unable to be contacted within seven (7) days after the drawing or refuses to accept the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing. Winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within ten (10) days of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing.
Grand Prize is non-transferable and no substitutions are allowed except by Sponsor who may award prize for one of comparable or greater value for any reason. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable income or local personal property taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees, as well as any additional leasing charges as a result of Winner’s credit rating. CoStar may be required to file a Form 1099 or other tax forms with the Internal Revenue Service. Winner shall have sole responsibility for complying with the terms of the lease agreement on the Grand Prize and shall indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor for any violations of said lease agreement. Winner shall pay any additional fees or other charges associated with Winner’s usage of the Grand Prize under the lease agreement, such as excess mileage fees, maintenance charges, and charges for damage to the Grand Prize. Winner shall be entitled to purchase the Grand Prize under the terms of the lease. Winner may be required to show proof of and provide a copy of insurance and a valid driver’s license prior to taking delivery and pick up vehicle as directed by Sponsor. Any additional vehicle options that are not standard on make and model of vehicle listed in prize description are the sole expense of winner. Color and location of dealership will be determined at sole discretion of Sponsor. By accepting prize, winner agrees to grant permission to Sponsor to use winner's name (both individual name and employer/company name), voice, likeness, and statements for publicity purposes without further compensation, consideration or consent, except where prohibited by law. At CoStar's sole discretion, winners may be announced on the CoStar web site (www.costar.com), in CoStar's products and services, and/or in such other media or locations to be determined by CoStar. By entering this sweepstakes, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. By participating in this sweepstakes, each entrant also represents that there is no legal or contractual restriction barring entrant's participation, including, without limitation, any restriction from entrant's employer or company.

GENERAL CONDITIONS. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. IF, FOR ANY REASON, THE SWEEPSTAKES IS NOT CAPABLE OF RUNNING AS PLANNED, COSTAR RESERVES THE RIGHT AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION TO CANCEL, TERMINATE, MODIFY OR SUSPEND THE SWEEPSTAKES AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE OR OBLIGATION. COSTAR SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCORRECT OR INACCURATE INFORMATION, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY TECHNICAL OR HUMAN ERROR WHICH MAY OCCUR IN THE PROCESSING OF SUBMISSIONS IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and all officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) printing errors; (c) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; or (d) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries. Entrants agree that Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and those acting pursuant to its authority: 1) except where prohibited by law, shall have the right and permission to print, publish, broadcast, and use worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winner's name (both individual name and employer/company name), portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes (including the announcement of his or her name on television or radio broadcast) without further consideration, compensation, permission, or notification, and 2) that the aforementioned parties and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents and their advertising and promotional agencies, and legal counsel shall have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by entrants, against any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to entrants or any other person or entity, including personal injury or death to winner or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize, entry, or participation in this promotion or in any promotion-related activity, or any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy or merchandise delivery. Entrant further agrees that, in any cause of action, Sponsors' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, if any, and in no event shall the Sponsor be liable for attorney's fees. Without limiting the foregoing, everything regarding this Sweepstakes, including the web site and all prizes, is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. Check local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding these limitations or exclusions.
