CoStar COMPS Express^® Access and Photo Fees

For your convenience and additional clarification, the following outlines associated fees.

Daily Access Fee

• $40 for 24 consecutive hours of COMPS Express access. COMPS Express Search Results have been designed to help you decide which individual Comps Reports you would like to order. The search results do not show property addresses or contact information.
• The fee can be applied toward Report and/or Photo orders you make during the access period.
• The fee is not charged until you click the "Process Order" button - a button that can be seen after you get a count of records matching your criteria.

Report & Photo Fees

• Comp Detail Sheet report: $40 for one property or portfolio that sold for less than $5,000,000; $56 for one property or portfolio that sold for more than $5,000,000. Report prices are slightly higher for Texas properties and portfolios ($53 and $70 respectively).
• Photo download: $15 each. This JPEG image file is a high-resolution version of the property photo that appears on the Comp Detail Sheet report.
• Report & Photo Fees are not charged until you click the "Process Order" button - a button that can be seen after you select what you would like to order.
