Check boxes to select – or remove certain records. See a picture of the property from CoStar’s massive digital image library. Drill-down to property and transaction details by clicking on a row in your results set.

Powerful Detail
Up to 8 categories of detailed information are arranged by tabs for easy access. The Sales Transaction Tab (pictured) itemizes pertinent transaction details and provides a link to original source documents like a deed of trust. Additional tabs lend depth by identifying tenants, leasing and rental rate history, property demographics, contact information and more.

Precise Aerials
CoStar’s unmatched accuracy for plotting a property’s location really takes off with satellite images. CoStar aerials display “rooftop” flagging of properties – instead of the imprecise, curbside flagging seen elsewhere.

Information-Rich Maps
Watch your submarkets come alive with CoStar map overlay technology. This cap rate map not only gives you a bird’s eye view on this submarket's cap rate variations, but also presents a building photo pop-up by scrolling over the colored circle. Other overlay options include property type, sales date and sales price.
