CoStar Power Brokers Icon Program Guidelines
1. Power Broker Award winners may use the CoStar Power BrokerTM Icon shown on the Power Broker Icon Program page (the "Approved Icons") in their marketing materials and on their Web sites.
2. Only use the Approved Icons that can be downloaded by clicking here. Do not alter the Approved Icons in any manner. By downloading the Approved Icons, you agree to be bound by these program guidelines.
3. Only use the Approved Icons in connection with a link to the CoStar Power Broker page, located at http://www.costar.com/PowerBrokers/.
4. Make sure that the Approved Icons are used only to convey that you are a CoStar Power Broker award winner.
5. Your display of the Approved Icons does not mean that CoStar sponsors, endorses or is affiliated with your business or any of its products or services. You must not imply to the contrary.
6. You may not display the Approved Icons on any Web site or other forum or service that disparages or competes with CoStar Group or its affiliates or any of their products or services. The Approved Icons may not be used in connection with the Icons or marks of any competitor of CoStar Group or its affiliates.
7. You must display the Approved Icons in good taste and in compliance with the law. CoStar reserves the right to require that you discontinue use of the Approved Icons at any time, or to take any action to enforce these program guidelines.
8. The Approved Icons are proprietary to CoStar Group. CoStar Group retains all right, title, and interest therein, and your use of the Approved Icon inures solely to the benefit of CoStar Group. You have no rights to the Approved Icons other than as set forth in these icon program guidelines.
9. CoStar disclaims any express or implied warranties regarding the Approved Icons, including warranties against infringement. CoStar shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, special or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever sustained by you or any other party under any theory of liability in connection with use, display, reproduction or distribution of the Approved Icons. |
