commercial real estate finance and investment company, selected Signature Associates to oversee both the property leasing and property management at One Detroit Center.
One Detroit Center is an award-winning, Class A
office building at 500 Woodward Ave. in downtown Detroit, MI. As the state's tallest office building, One Detroit Center’s spire-topped tower rises 45 stories from street level in the heart of the central business district.
Dave Miller and Garrett Keais of Signature Associates in Southfield will work onsite as the leasing agents.
Signature Associates' current management portfolio totals more than 12 million square feet, making it one of the largest third-party property management firms in the marketplace. The One Detroit Center property management contract went into effect on June 18.
