Xerox Business Services LLC, a subsidiary of Xerox Corp., renewed 154,519 square feet of
office space at Crescent Green in Cary, NC.
Xerox and its predecessor, Affiliated Computer Solutions, have been part of the campus for seven years. The new lease includes 76,316 square feet at 1200 Crescent Green and 78,203 square feet at 1300 Crescent Green.
KBS Real Estate Investment Trust I has owned the three-building, 248,823-square-foot complex since 2007. It is about 20 minutes west of Raleigh and 96 percent occupied.
Tom Flynn and Matthew Cooke of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant, while Ed Pulliam and John Brewer with CBRE-Raleigh LLC brokered for KBS.
