Related Companies has hired Stephen C. Winter as vice president of commercial leasing, where he will lead the commercial leasing efforts at the firm's the four commercial towers in the Hudson Yards development in Manhattan.
Winter was previously at CBRE, where he handled leasing of an office portfolio totaling more than 1 million square feet, including 599 Lexington, 399 Park Ave., 250 W. 55th and 717 Fifth Ave., as well as 10 Hudson Yards. Winter will continue to work closely with CBRE, who represents Related and Oxford Properties Group as leasing agent at Hudson Yards.
Winter has received numerous awards and recognition for his efforts in commercial leasing, including Commercial Observer's 30 Under 30, REBNY's Most Promising Commercial Salesperson of the Year, and CBRE's Rookie of the Year in 2011.

Ten Hudson Yards is under construction and is slated for completion in 2015. The future home of Coach Inc., L’Oréal USA, SAP and a Fairway Market, the tower is already over 85 percent committed. Construction on 30 Hudson Yards will begin in early 2014. Also designed by KPF, this 80-story tower is expected to be the fourth tallest building in New York City when it delivers in 2018. The site is anticipated to eventually house 17 million square feet of commercial and residential space, including 100 shops and restaurants, 14 acres of public space, a school, a 150-room hotel, and 5,000 residences.
