Winchester Homes Selects Foulger-Pratt's Park Potomac Development for Regional Headquarters

Bronfman Rothschild Also Picks Park Potomac for National Headquarters
September 5, 2018
Foulger-Pratt has added two new office tenants to the fold at Park Potomac, the company's 585,000-square-foot mixed-use development in Potomac, Maryland, that, at full completion, will total more than 2 million square feet.

Local residential brokerage firm Winchester Homes agreed to a 20,598-square-foot lease at 12435 Park Potomac Ave. for its new regional headquarters, while wealth management advisor Bronfman Rothschild reached a deal for 14,601 square feet of space in the building for its national headquarters.

The two deals, totaling 35,199 square feet, bring the 131,240-square-foot, six-story building to 95 percent leased.

Completed in 2016, 12435 Park Potomac is part of a development that includes 150 town houses, 153 luxury high-rise condominiums and more than 75,000 square feet of retail, with plans for additional office and retail, including an entertainment concept.

Phil McCarthy, Keith Foery, Guy Copperthite and Mark Boyce of Transwestern represented Foulger-Pratt in negotiations. JLL’s Pete Briskman and Brandon Copeland represented Winchester Homes, while Tom Birnbach of Cresa represented Bronfman Rothschild.
