Signs Full-Building Lease at 2973 Kelly Blvd. with JER Partners
Sutter Street Manufacturing, a division of Williams-Sonoma, has leased the entire 411,706-square-foot distribution warehouse at 2973 Kelly Boulevard in Claremont, NC.
The industrial-distrubution building is owned by Kelly Boulevard Associates, LLC, a joint venture of JER Partners of McLean, VA, and Fulcra Enterprises, headquartered in Cornelius, NC.
JER Partners/Fulcra Enterprises purchased the property in late 2008 under bankruptcy proceedings. It was developed, previously owned, and operated by Collezione Europa USA, Inc. Built in two phases in 1999 and 2003, the building includes super-flat floors, a complete racking system and 36' clear ceiling heights.
Sutter Street Manufacturing provides upholstered furniture to Williams-Sonoma. In 2008, the firm opened a furniture manufacturing center in Hickory, NC.
