Jones Lang LaSalle appointed Julia Wilhelm to executive vice president in its San Francisco office.
Wilhelm brings more than 10 years of experience in the Bay Area to JLL's tenant rep team, previously serving as the managing director at Studley where she represented large law firms, tech companies and several nonprofits in office transactions. She was the first broker in San Francisco to receive LEED accreditation from the US Green Building Council and directed Studley’s sustainable real estate practice group on the West Coast.
Prior to joing Studley in 2007, Wilhelm was one of the founding brokers at Cornish & Carey Commercial. To date, Wilhelm has advised and represented tenants in more than 2 million square feet of transactions over the course of her career.
Wilhelm earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Duke University.
