Wiese Pays $2.7M for St. Louis Flex Facility

Green Street St. Louis Real Estate and Construction Sells 28,000-SF Bldg

Wiese, Inc., a CAT forklift dealer and material handling solutions provider, acquired a 27,891-square-foot flex building in St. Louis from Green Street St. Louis Real Estate and Construction for $2.65 million, or about $95 per square foot.

The flex building delivered in 2002 at 1-7 Document Dr. near the Inner Belt Expressway. Anchored by Global Furniture Group and Long Term Care Rx, Wiese intends to occupy the remaining space within the building with the option to expand their space as the need arises, according to CoStar information.

Dennis DeSantis, Joseph Hill and Daniel Bamberger of Colliers International represented the seller.
