WesternGeco, a subsidiary of Schlumberger, signed a new lease for 554,385 square feet of
office space at 10001 Richmond Ave. in Houston, TX.
The company's deal includes the entire five-story
office building. It was constructed in 1976 in the Westchase submarket in Harris County.
WesternGeco had been on a long-term sublease and signed on a direct basis.
Steve Biegel, David Endelman and Mark Russell of Studley represented WesternGeco. James Dudley represented the landlord in house along with Dan Bellow of Jones Lang LaSalle Americas Inc.
