Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging Takes 57,000 SF at Reserve Square

Non-Profit Moves Headquarters in Cleveland
February 1, 2018
Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging (WRAAA) signed a 57,000-square-foot lease to relocate its headquarters to Reserve Square in dowtown Cleveland.

Reserve Square totals 1.23 million square feet at 1701 E. 12th St. Completed in 1975, the 23-story, mixed-use building consists of more than 240,000 square feet of office and retail space, and 765 apartment units.

WRAAA, a nonprofit corporation organized and designated by the State of Ohio to be the planning, coordinating and administrative agency for federal and state aging programs in Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain and Medina counties, will occupy space on the basement level, street level and second floor of the building.

The tenant will move its headquarters with more than 300 employees from Union Trust Building at 925 Euclid Ave. to Reserve Square by the fourth quarter of 2018. CBRE handles the leasing efforts of the approximately 84 percent occupied tower, which is currently home to Embassy Suites, The Orchid, Subway, Hertz and AlphaGraphics.

Dyann Davison of Davison & Co. represented the landlord, K&D Real Estate Services, in the deal.
