Welfare Reform Liaison project has signed a five year lease to occupy 76,000 square feet at 2601 Greengate Dr. in Greensboro, NC.
The single story 151,794 square foot Class B industrial building was built in 1982 and is in the NE of Randleman/Greengate int submarket.
