David Webb and Jamie Butler joined CBRE's Capital Markets Group as vice chairman and vice president, respectively. Webb and Butler will be housed in the firm's Washington, D.C. office and focus on structured finance and development transactions.
Webb and Butler most recently worked with Cassidy Turley, where Webb was a vice chairman of its structured finance group for the D.C. region for the past seven years and Butler a member for the past six years.
The Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors honored Webb as top financing broker four times in the past six years, and awarded Butler with top five finance broker honors over the last two years. Notable transactions include Portals III, Republic Square, Highland Park Apartments recapitalizations, Fort Totten Square, and 4500 East West Highway.
Webb holds a J.D. from the University of Richmond and B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia. He served on the Board of Trustees at the SEED School and on the Board of the SEED Foundation, as well as on the Board of Directors of the Jubilee Support Alliance.
Butler holds a bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University and has been involved with organizations such as the National Multi Housing Council and the St. John's Episcopal School Board of Trustees.
