Wasiak Joins Jones Lang LaSalle

Jones Lang LaSalle has hired 21-year industry veteran Xavier Wasiak to serve as the new senior vice president in the firm's Las Vegas office.

With the addition of Wasiak, Jones Lang LaSalle now employs two senior level executives at the Las Vegas office. Wasiak will be specializing in the industrial property type, advising tenants, landlords, and investors on all their real estate needs.

Jones Lang LaSalle welcomes Wasiak's extensive real estate expertise in sales and leasing brokerage, development, and land acquisition and disposition. Wasiak, formerly with Grubb & Ellis, has been involved in more than 500 industrial sale and lease transactions in Southern Nevada, and is an active member of SIOR and NAIOP.
